Overcoming infrastructure constraints
When this financial institution began planning their new space, they were faced with challenges right from the start. Their new space was going to be in an existing building that had been vacant for years. The atrium made dealing with acoustics extremely difficult. Existing power infrastructure was nearly non-existent. This made the concept of a conventional buildout a non-starter. Enter the DIRTT approach to construction.
The lack of power in the base building was no issue. A raised floor system paired with DIRTT's plug-and-play electrical solution meant power was installed quickly and easily. Strategic use of DIRTT acoustic walls and ceilings meant the space would sound as good as it looks. Finally, the latest technology was integrated into the DIRTT walls. This brought the overall aesthetic and customer experience up to the highest possible standards.
Now this financial institution has a state-of-the-art space that can meet the needs of their clients today, and adapt to their needs tomorrow. Whatever they may be.
I love my office. I can't believe how well it works!Brent Dunton, VP Business Management
